Bill, please consider a link for Friends of Berthoud Pass http://berthoudpass.org/. Obviously the topic of avalanche safety with regard to skiing and snowboarding is of interest to many of the folks on this site. I know quite a few 14es.com members came to our events last year. We just announced the calendar for our free avalanche awareness classroom sessions btw.

Also, CAIC might be a good one.

splitterchoss.com is a fun web site mostly about rock climbing on the western slope.
BJ does a lot of good gear reviews.
