who is online?

Postby giarcd » Mon Jun 15, 2009 3:37 am

I see that most of the time , when I access a forum site,I am not listed as being online at that time (but I really am)---whats up with that?----It typically shows guests but know registered users.

I'm online. And it shows me as in the forums. Must be user error

Climbing partner: "Is this uphill the whole way?"
Kojones: "No, only half the hike is uphill."

giarcd: Once you have logged on, go to the "user control panel" and click on "board preferences" wherein you can either check "yes" or "no" as to whether or not your "on line status" is shown to users when you are on a forum. Happy trails! :D
As if none of us have ever come back with a cool, quasi-epic story instead of being victim to tragic rockfall, a fatal stumble, a heart attack, an embolism, a lightning strike, a bear attack, collapsing cornice, some psycho with an axe, a falling tree, carbon monoxide, even falling asleep at the wheel getting to a mountain. If you can't accept the fact that sometimes "s**t happens", then you live with the illusion that your epic genius and profound wilderness intelligence has put you in total and complete control of yourself, your partners, and the mountain. How mystified you'll be when "s**t happens" to you! - FM
