Slideshow option for Route Photos

Postby BillMiddlebrook » Sun Mar 18, 2007 12:55 pm

To provide more flexibility, I'm adding slideshows to the Route Photos pages in the Online Guidebook.

On a route, goto the "Big Photos" page and look for the link above the thumbnails. Sample: Maroon Peak - South Ridge Route (photos page)

Nice. :) It certainly speeds things up for checking out a route.
...And my memory shall serve me in the way that memories do:
To conjure bygone times, and shine them bright anew,
To erase the strain of effort from faces of the past,
And resurrect slight triumphs as glories unsurpassed...

Bill- This is yet another great feature. Of course now I wll never be able to get any work done. I will just be sitting here watching the routes of my next 14er hike scrolling by...

Thanks for making this such a great site

I've changed these slides to be Java-based like the Route Stash pages. Flash was just to cumbersome for this particular application.
ALL of the route photos pages now have the new slideshows.
