Does that mean you've got a Chicago basin trip in the works soon? :D

You know it baby. 17th-20th. All are welcome. Plus you have yours this weekend and the best 14er climbing month, October, is still to come. Who knows who else might finisher this year. There's still two more months in the year after that even.

I'm a little concerned about the forecast for this week, but we'll see. Snow likely tomorrow and only one really warm day for it to melt off. At least yours are somewhat more friendly for adverse weather!

Finishing on Bierstadt this Saturday - I've been done with the others for over a month now and it's been killing me to wait! Favorite was Crestone Needle; I've been up three times and they've all been a blast. First was Torreys.

The early forecast for next week is looking better, but the 17th is just too far out right now to get anything real accurate. It is just a waiting game for now. We will make the call next week.

I finished last Saturday on the El Diente > Mt Wilson traverse.
First summit: Longs
Favorite Peaks: Pyramid and Crestone Needle
Favorite Summits: Blanca and Snowmass

I'm already making lists of peaks to return to and alternate routes to try.

Favorite: Needle
I've been sitting on #53 for a few years. Finally broke down this year and paid the fee so I guess I'm part of the '10 class. Felt like I was taking one of those credit requirements of English in order to get the degree on that one. Something you go through painfully and never use/visit again.

First = Yale
Finisher = Mt. Wilson from El Diente... did it with my good buddy Mike on Sept 10th
Favorite Peak??? don't know if I can answer that question... but here are some thoughts.

1. Most Memorable Day = Little Bear-Blanca Traverse... started up Little Bear at 4am with full moon and clear skies... turned into a blue bird day... intense day!
2. Wilson & Crestone Traverses were awesome too... I think I like the traverse routes the best... can't wait to traverse the Bells in 2011.
3. Best Sunset = from the summit of Eolus
4. Most Scenic = Chicago Basin, Sneffels or Snowmass... life is pretty darn good with choices like these
5. Favorite Range = Elks... Capital, Pyramid, The Bells, Snowmass... simply sick!!!
6. Best time with the Mountaineering Puppies... Belford
