"Tap the rockies"

Postby TrevorM » Thu Apr 29, 2010 7:19 pm

Im not sure if this has been brought up before, but my dad was just telling me about when he was down in the telluride area in the 80's he met some guys who were hiking/climbing guides and were in a coors light commercial. the commercial was them as giants messing around on the wilson group and in that area and I just found it and thought you guys might get a kick outa it:

I think its pretty funny, and thought you guys might like it too. You can see telluride and wilson peak pretty clearly.

Dude! I totally remember that commercial. Back then I had no idea what Telluride or a 14er even was!

A true classic - sometimes I wonder why they don't run these every once in awhile - makes me want to crack open a beer more than most of the current commercials.

Pretty cool. I watched the "Jeep Frisbee" commercial on that same page and thought it was pretty funny too.

Am I the only one finding a serious double entendre in there?
