Helen east slope condition
Anybody been up there recently or had a look at it? Trying to ski something in the next few days. Thanks
Re: Helen east slope condition
I skied it on Monday with lots of fresh snow. It is skiing great right now with almost complete coverage on the entire east face. It's had flurries on it off and on all day today.

Bump! Curious how this has held up. Looking for something short and relatively low-angle for Sunday, given recent sketchy conditions and iffy weather forecast.
Thanks!
Thanks!

It looks like it is holding snow pretty well from my window at work and should still be very skiable. We are having lots of sun here today with a high of 70. The next few days are low 60's with some showers for town.

We skied practically from the summit to just below tree line today. There was one short section where we had to sidestep down a short grassy section, but that was it. The snow was in great condition.
