The trail up from the Longs Peak Trail Head is hard packed in the morning and somewhat mushy in the afternoon. Any resent snows have not made any noteworthy change to the conditions. I did not get all the way to the chasm trail, so I don't know the conditions there and up. Hike with joy!!
