Trinchera. It can be done in about a mile and 1000' one way in a high clearance vehicle West Spanish 3 miles, 3400'ish with a 2wd one way. California for something bigger

That's entirely going to depend on how high you want to / are capable of driving.

If you take the jeep road up to Hermit Pass it's about 300' more to Hermit Peak, or slightly farther to the very prominent Rito Alto.

If you aren't worried about distance and are happy with any easy class 2 hike, many will fit the bill.
