Loveland Pass

Post by giarcd »

Yesterday I fininshed off the three 13ers from this TH (took a couple trips ) with a summit of ' Grizz D ' ----dang , what a long up and down that was WHEW!!----It is now time to get more 13er peaks. Any suggestions of a area I can concentrate on that affords a few that can be done one or two at a time?

Hey Craig,

Bard and Parnassus just down the road - on I-70.
Edwards, Argentine, Wilcox, Square Top - from Leavenworth Basin (up Guanella Pass).
Atlantic/Pacific from Mayflower Gulch (up from Copper Mtn.)

There are many, those are the first few I can think of that are near me (front range).

Grizzly is a fun climb - did it in January, really fun snow climb... and you get "Cupid" de facto style!
Bill W.

Time for the next great losing streak to begin.
