Just how exposed is the decent from Kat Carson/Columbia Point to the 13,640' saddle with Kit Carson? Is this decent loose?

I've never done it, but here's some excellent Beta. This route is definitely on my radar. I imagine the rock quality is very good given the conglomerate nature of that area.
