Erensto,
Let's try the ridge hike to Torreys sometime. Less wind of course.
More Colorado than the Natives.

I would love to hike the ridge sooner than later, so I'm thinking abut doing it on one of the next couple of weekends (weather permitting). How much snow did you see up there?

Up high the snow was only a couple of inches. At one point around 12,500 feet a few people put on snow shoes for a while.

The weather forecast for this Saturday looks encouraging: http://www.mountain-forecast.com/peaks/Torreys-Peak/forecasts/4349

I'm planning on heading that way tomorrow morning. Hoping to get to the lot around 7:30ish. Not sure what the conditions are like on the way to the trailhead. I'm game to do standard/alternate routes.
