Enjoyed climbing with you gentlemen (Tango2Hotel, Roald, BlenderHead) last week. Thanks for the good company and a safe, successful climb of Little Bear! I have posted my crappy iPhone4 photos of the Hourglass climbing in User Photos.

My thoughts on Little Bear... We had perfect weather for this climb, a good rope/anchor in the Hourglass, and no parties above or below us. Given these conditions the climb was quite enjoyable. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the climbing above the Hourglass. I stayed far left on the way up and down and did not dislodge a single rock. I was worried about descriptions of loose rock, but it took much less effort to climb cleanly than I anticipated. I do not think I would have been comfortable down climbing the Hourglass without having the rope available. I used the wrap-around-one-arm method for added stability.
