I am going to do Atlantic peak on 2/3 with a climbing buddy. And trying to find a partner(s) to do something that Friday or Saturday following. I am pretty flexible as for where. I will either set up Thursday and Friday night at my family house near Buena Vista or will have the tent if its something a little farther away. So that basically means I am game for anything in the Sangres, Sawatch, 10mile/Mosquito. I have Coopers colorado snow climbs so trying to knock some of those out, but I am game for anything stays in the low avy range.
Some thoughts I had in no particular order:
La Plata NW Ridge- There is a 14er group going up today that hopefully will lay a good boot pack trail down, and doesnt look like a whole lot of snow coming next week
North Star E. ridge - Low avy risk 13er with short approach
Massive E. Ridge
