This is Moab. When she was 14, she did her 14th 14er (Huron) with me. Now, she is a happy 16 year old that prefers short walks and long naps.

Keep them coming. Its been a while since I smiled so much reading a thread on 14ers lately. Thanks to everyone who posted especially the first timers.

First photo is sophie about to start heading up Kelso Ridge for the 4th time

Second photo is of Sophie on the summit of South Maroon

Third photo is probably the funniest picture I have ever taken of her on the traverse from Harvard to Columbia.

Seems Sophie is a popular name.

Here's Sophie this morning.

This is our rescue dog, "Jack." (His name when we got him.)

Boy he loves to run, hike, and climb mountains! We had about 14 or so 14ers together before he blew out his ACL. The surgery was a success but I don't chance taking him on the high peaks anymore. And when I leave out the door with my pack, he whines and whines. :(

Is that a dog-specific bag or just a light people bag?
