Nailed it. Quincy's after Massive was one of the most memorable meals I've ever consumed.

As I lived in Salida for 2 summers, and although my job was with a trail conservation crew where we did trail work mainly on lesser known trails and not so much 14ers, I did do my fair share of eating in that town. Salida is just the greatest. I love everything about it.
Favorite restaurants are (other than Quincy's): Boathouse Cantina, Moonlight Pizza (for the pizza), Amicas (for the beer), and let's not forget Patio Pancake Place for breakfast (open at 6am).
The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones that never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars and in the middle you see the blue centerlight pop and everybody goes "Awww!"

i got nothing on Westcliffe. We stopped at some trucker stop that had a family comfort food style menu. i remember i destroyed chicken fried steak. the poor girl who was waiting on us didn't even what beers they had on the menu. they invited the whole table to the cooler to peruse the selection and choose our own. it was pretty awesome

Good Call on the Donut Mill. We always stop there before skiing at Breck.

We just had pizza at Taster's Great Pizza in Aspen. It was surprisingly good and not too expensive for Aspen. Highly recommended.

Georgetown- Lucha Cantina

I found it has more selection than the Breck location, and still is the high quality, relatively inexpensive option after doing Evans and Bierstadt from the Guanella trailhead
