Other than that - the snow pretty much wasn't ready - I should've waited a bit but oh well. Still was a beautiful day, save the wind.
Nice to chat with you James, sorry you did'nt make your planned ascent of James Peak(damned wind). I went by the lot later in the morning and you had just left, and I knew it was too early to have made James Peak, I hope us talking was not a hinderance to your trip.
On a side, a CMC member lost a set of 2 keys in the parking lot( he thinks) this past Thusrday during a Wilderness Trekking School class, if anyone finds them please contact me.

Same to you and thanks again for what you do. You run a straight laced gig up there and that's the way it should be. Any day in the back country is a good day - getting to the top is optional.
