13er 360° Summit Panos

Postby BillMiddlebrook » Sat Jul 23, 2011 3:42 pm

I just finished adding 7 new 13er summit panos, including Mt. Adams in the Sangres and Grizzly Peak in the Sawatch.

When you select a peak, it defaults to the low-resolution version so if you want the big one, click the LARGE button. Those look better in full-screen.

THANK YOU! :D

How about:

Brown's Peak (Sawatch);

Gladstone Peak (San Juan)....how come NO San Juan 13ers have panoramas yet? :-k ;

Peak Eleven (San Juan) -- looking at it on Google Earth, there is an incredible view of the four 14ers that are right next to it! \:D/

Just curious.....

Excellent. Great job! :)
It's a tough job, but someone has to photograph the mountain. www.MtPrinceton.org

Yup, just haven't had a chance to get back to the San Juans since I started adding 13er panos last summer

I'm curious as to whether or not a pano from Antora Peak (13,269', near Headwaters Hill) would give an excellent view of Colorado's 3 major drainage basins.

Colorado doesn't have closed basins like WY & NM do, does it? (I've been into topography ever since I was a kid...thanks to visiting COLORADO!)

Thanks Bill! Love the 13er panos and look forward to seeing more posted. The San Juans will keep you busy for a while. 8)

I would love to get down there and take a bunch of 13er panos but a few things might keep from getting there until this winter. :(

Bill, what do you use for making your panos? Any specific camera, lenses, software, etc.? How many pics do you take for the full 360 on average...8 - 12, possibly??
