How about the area around Uncompahgre and Wetterhorn?

Snow Mesa just east of Spring Creek Pass should keep you busy for a while!

Why not make it a San Juan weekend and pair it with Endlich Mesa too?
You could look into Horseshoe Mtn to Weston Pass in the Mosquito too. A couple of unranked 13ers along the way so the prominence is pretty small.
