Tenmile Peak?

Post by atalarico »

Hey all,

My climbing partner wants to do Tenmile Peak, this Wed 4/22.

Anyway, I'm really itching to do more technical snowclimbs right now, but he keeps planning easy walk-ups. He's a really nice guy and I am definitely less experienced than him (not to mention my car won't ever make it, so it's totally up to him).

Is there anything technical about Tenmile peak this time of year? I want to do something that requires crampons and an ice-ax dangit!

Any good photos/TRs?

Cheers!

The ridgeline traverse over to 3 or 4 is spicy in the summer and while I have no photos, I drove by a couple weeks ago and it looked like a pretty decent challenge.
