peak checklist and one more

Postby Gene913 » Fri Aug 23, 2013 6:13 pm

since it is not doing it automatically, how do i highlight the peaks i have climbed in the last 60 days?

YouTube videos background is whited out when i try to play them from the forum, rendering the image unviewable. can i darken the background of the forum page to make them viewable?

When editing your checklist, click the peakname to bring up a peak-specific page where you can enter the date of your last climb. Any climbs within 60 days will be highlighted on your list.

Not sure what you mean about the YouTube videos. Are you entering them in this format: [YouTubeVideo]video-id[/YouTubeVideo]

thank you, bill. i was simply blind and missed the place to enter the date. all good now.

the youtube problem occurs when i try to play a youtube video that has been loaded by others in a thread. i can go to the youtube site and play the exact same video and everything is fine. when i try to play it from the thread where it has been loaded, the the video is completely whited out and unviewable.

Can you see the one in this thread? http://www.14ers.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=41298&p=499965#p499965

If not, do you have Flash installed?
Are you on a mobile device?
Have you tried a different browser? What are you currently using?

Thus the problem lies either: between the outlet and your keyboard, or the monitor and your chair. I'd suggest sharing a screenshot (<shift+PrinScrn>), pasting it into MS Paint to edit and annotate, the uploading as an attachment. Someone may recognize the symptom and know the fix.
Not sure if I'll do more 14ers. The trip reports are too tiring.

Yep; no problem with that.
