Congratulations to Rachel on finishing the 58 Colorado 14ers with a successful trip to Capitol last weekend. She really ran the gauntlet this summer to finish with Snowmass, Maroon Bells, Little Bear and Capitol over the past couple months (and a few 13ers sprinkled in this summer too). Plus, she carpooled with three chatty strangers back in June on the way to/from Culebra.
If you ever get a chance to hike with Rachel, take advantage of it. She's a strong hiker, comes well prepared, and a nurse to boot. She's been involved with the CMC in various classes and trips, so some of you may know her from there. No doubt she has some more impressive peaks to climb in her future.
