Not exactly, Freddy.

There are apps where you can download .gpx .kml files and lay the routes over a map. But nothing that is an all in one download and go solution. Others may be able to point you towards some apps worth downloading. I use earthmate, which communicates with my DeLorme Inreach Satellite communicator (device costs $300+, monthly service costs around $15+/month, but can be pay as you go).

Use the forum search function. You'll find many of your questions have been discussed previously. There's also the specific "Helpful Pages" and "FAQ" threads you can find at ...

Regarding GPS phone apps, you'll find plenty of previous discussions using the search function. I looked a few weeks back and found threads mentioning the following apps ...
Gaia
Topomap
GPS Essentials
Maverick
GPSKit
Motion X GPS
GPS Airtime

I purchased one of these for my wife's iPhone, but can't honestly remember which one. We've only used it once. It was useful to download the maps to the phone ahead of the hike, then track our progress occasionally to make sure we were on the right track. We didn't overlay any routes ahead of time, but the maps have enough info (elevation contours, stream crossings, etc.), so you know where you are in relation to your planned route.
