Castle/Conundrum Conditions

Post by Antonio Banderass »

I'm wondering if anyone has any intel on how Castle/Conundrum are fairing right now? I'm considering attempting a ski descent this coming weekend. Specifically, any info on the TH status (I'm assuming it's closed at or below the end of the paved 2WD section. Also, any intel on the snow conditions, coverage, and any other topics of interest would be greatly appreciated.

Always open to the end of the paved road due to the pine creek cookhouse. Watch out for avy conditions! Aspen area is at its deepest base all year right now. The main couloir off Conundrum looks incredible. I have to say I have been wanting that descent badly...best of luck!
