This is some of the best entertainment out there. I am going to be glued to the tracker and blog for the next week. Go Homie!

Way Cool!
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

This is pretty exciting! Hope all goes well for Homie. See Barry, I told you we can do all 4 in one day. We just have to be like Homie.

Nice, he made it back! Hope he enjoys a little snack on the brief train ride. I feel like the Wilson group is going to be really challenging- hope the weather holds. Looks like he'll probably go Rock of Ages Saddle > Mt Wilson > El Diente, then reclimb ROA and hit Wilson Peak. o.O; finishing off today's events with Sneffels around 11 PM.

EDIT: 6 hours, 1 minute: start, 4 summits, back to the train. 30 minutes of rest before the train comes it appears.

I just dorked out and made a spreadsheet to compare his times to Cave Dog's. Homie knocked off the first group in 3 hours and 15 minutes compared to CD's 4:25. Sweet! Of course the train will set it so that his total basin time will be 2:45 faster than CD's but it does appear he is climbing faster as well.

yeah, the weather forecast for Wilsons is not looking good for the PM today (90% chance of rain). But he only needs a few hours... :) I am curious about the direction of the travel as well. Probably ROA as it is closer drive to Telluride. But it could be Navajo TH too.
Go Homie!!! :)

If it looks like he is going to be able to complete it, maybe those who are interested could head up Glacier Gorge at the "finish line" to cheer him on! Probably be on Saturday the 1st or Sunday the 2nd. Not sure if they are planning that route as Cave Dog did, but I'd say chances are pretty good.
