No...the road is closed from Georgetown. And today (8-13) there was a sign on the Grant side saying the pass was closed at "camp creek".

I drove the road to Guanella Pass as far as the Bierstadt TH from Grant on Friday. It is accessible. There was some road work underway about 3 miles up; there was a flag man, but I did not have to wait. I imagine that the road will be accessible still.
