Uncompahgre Info

Postby dcon » Sun May 24, 2009 9:21 pm

Anyone have any new information on Uncompahgre, or maybe the Wilson group? I'm hoping to do some hiking down that way soon. Thank you!

Is it ok to bump your own thread?

I hate to see a thread bumped, but it will be at least a week before I get what I hope will be a good view of Uncompahgre. I'm sure others like San Juan Ron can get you better information faster.

I was up Nellie Creek about 10 days ago and made it to the river before turning around. The river was peaking and I did not cross. I have not been back up...........SJ Ron

FYI, Cinnamon Pass was opened around the 6th of May while Engineer Pass was opened around the 19th......
