Lost - notebook on 8/29 in the willows

Postby Flatland14er » Tue Sep 02, 2008 7:03 am

My panel-loading pack came unzipped somewhere in the willows in the Scott Gomer drainage under Evans last Friday. It's a small black spiral notebook with my trip log in it, nothing fancy. I don't even really want it back, just concerned about the litter. If anyone finds it, please give it a ride back to the trailhead and deposit it in the trash for me.

Thanks!!

It'll probably just get swallowed up by the mud eventually. I once found a dog's leash out in the middle of those willows, off-trail, and always wondered what happened to the dog.
Some people are afraid of heights. Not me, I'm afraid of white blood cells.

I think I found your log. Did you do Bierstadt - Sawtooth - Evans? I found a small spiral with a pen attached at the trailhead and will be more than happy to Media Mail it home.
What is air anyway?

Sounds familiar - PM sent!

(And thanks to whomever got it to the trailhead, because I know it dropped out somewhere deep in the willows!)

I think I found (what's left of) your dog? Where do you want me to mail it?
