Post/News Training Article

Postby P and P Dad » Sun Apr 15, 2007 1:02 pm

I just saw today that the post/news fitness section is going to have an article on how to train for a 14'er in the am of (4/16/07). I don't know how informative it will be but I just thought I would let everyone know.

Happy Climbing.
