Is 4 days rest enough after AMS to try again?
Flatlander here on vacation, summited Bierstadt Thursday and experienced symptoms of AMS that evening in my tent and into today. Been taking it easy the past few days but would like to do the 4 pass loop starting Monday. Is that too soon or am I overly concerned? Bierstadt was my first 14'er and I have 4 nights backpacking experience in my life...with one of those nights on the 4 pass loop last year. I will be going solo as well.

That depends on how you feel, but four days should be more than enough. Be aware that the area got some snow, so go prepared for that. Good luck.
I'm old, slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.

What symptoms?? Headache?
I get headaches on day 1 every time I come to Colorado. Drink lots of water. Usually day2, the headache is better, and by day 3, it is gone. Meanwhile, all 3 days, are spent going to 14k.
Severe nausea, or anything else that could be debilitating, take more caution.

I'd mind the Lake Louise AMS worksheets

One to three isn't bad, especially for a lowlander. Five or more is a reason to descend or stay low until better.
