From what I read (and is common with webcams) the images update during daylight hours and then remain fixed with the last image of the day through the night hours.

If I've figured it right that means at 5:15pm in MST the images should start updating again.
The webcam operates from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Nepalese time (0015 to 1215 GMT) from the Kala Patthar summit, recording stunning images of 8,848-metre Mount Everest as well as the South Col.
Remember what your knees are for.

So get up in the middle of the night and watch to see if it updates then.

It's almost completely washed out during sunrise.
