Thanks Benners, it feels good. I thought I could do it last time and now I know. Your Aconcagua trip report might be what inspires my next attempt on something big.

Oh my, I just read Doumall's Capitol trip report and shouldn't have made any implication my trip report would compare to his. What a write up and accomplishment. Damn.

JB99, the 2 terrains/areas and associated preparations and experiences are very different IMO... Apples & oranges.
Orizaba is an awesome accomplishment =D> . I look forward to reading about your adventure!
