Corsica GR20 Trail

Postby roozers42 » Mon Jan 19, 2009 7:56 pm

Has anyone done this backpack? I'm pretty enthralled with it at the moment and would love to hear first hand stories about the hike. Thanks!

Am headed to Corsica 4/09. Amazingly appealing trail from what I've read. I may be able to do part of it, will not have enough days for the whole route. I may be able to comment in May with some tips and pics!

There's a brief article about GR20 in the new (March, 2009) issue of "Backpacker" magazine. Page 22. Starts off by calling it "Europe's toughest trek."
Enjoy.
