It looks like they're going to need a bigger snow stake! This must be their biggest 24-hour storm in two seasons.

On the other hand, I-70 is currently closed from Frisco to Georgetown to clean up a 9-car accident. Probably harshing the mellow of all those Loveland skiers' powder day.

rijaca or Jim, how much are we talking in Loveland? What does that stake usually read at the "top?"

Jim's photo represents at least 16" of snow.

Snowing all day in Buena Vista. As usual not much stays on the ground but it does in the mts.

It is great for the skiers but not so much for the 'walkers'. I'm guessing I'm 1 month behind in hikes where I was last year.

Sunny most of the day here. A few wispy clouds in the morning. That's about it. SJ Ron ](*,)

We might get up there Friday. The roads will be a mess tomorrow morning, unfortunately.

I have over a foot of new snow at my house in Estes Park. Looks like it is pausing or stopping now.

Loveland has now reported as much snow in May as in the whole month of January, and over twice as much as November.

I've recorded 43" so far on my golf course in the Springs this winter. Best winter for us since 2001 when we recorded 54.5". Good to see the moisture.
