Am I being productive today?
"I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear."
~Nelson Mandela

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition."

If I climb a Class 4 route and you only climb a Class 3, do I now have more class than you?
So pleas'd at first the towering Alps we try,
Mount o'er the vales, and seem to tread the sky,
Th' increasing prospects tire our wand'ring eyes,
Hills peep o'er hills, and Alps on Alps arise!

Does the lynx realize that cats have a reputation to maintain?

I'm almost embarrassed to be a cat.

Kafka's slow witted as a dog. I'm a better climber, and the one in charge around here. I'll reset the parental controls on the computer...

Shouldn't you be posting on the music thread?

I am climbing Mt. Bierstadt in July with a friend of mine and am looking for advice...Should I wear crampons and bring an axe for this intense climb?

Will SurfNTurf ever participate in community service?
