Creedance Clearwater Revival's
"Who'll Stop the Rain"
had nothing to do with rain.
It is however,
still very appropriate for today.
And a great song.

Dark Tranquillity is coming to the Bluebird sometime in February. You gonna go check that out? I loved "Fiction" but didn't really dig the last one. I'll have to check this new one out.

Plus, if you hate the band Emmure as much as I do, you get to watch the lead singer get electrocuted on stage over and over again for 7 minutes! That alone is worth the price of admission. And it somehow fits very well with the song.

For you more sensitive types you should know that the guy in the video is fine, and unfortunately continues to make terrible music to be sold in Hot Topics around the country.

Agreed. Emmure sucks. How about a little Devin Townsend, one of the most honest artists out there:

Dare this be posted on a mountaineering website? A great tune nonetheless.

Any fans of David + David around here?

They are best known for their late 80s single "Welcome to the Boomtown" but I think that whole disc was high quality. "Swallowed by the Cracks" is one of my faves, probably because I have been there.
I need more dehydrogenase.

This one is for AndYouSeeMe - still inactive from climbing with a broken heel bone. The very best Biscuits show and the very best thing to ever happen to the city of Philadelphia.

I'll be the first to admit Cheese sucks these days. That said at least I can still enjoy their shows without rolling out of my gourd. Don't Philly Colorado.

Edit: don't east coast Colorado. Gaper.
