Streetlight put on a good show at Boulder Theater last night!

Except they missed their best tune from the new album:

Man, things are getting soft around this thread. Time to fix that...The Atlas Moth! :YY

Plus, if you hate the band Emmure as much as I do, you get to watch the lead singer get electrocuted on stage over and over again for 7 minutes! That alone is worth the price of admission. And it somehow fits very well with the song.

For you more sensitive types you should know that the guy in the video is fine, and unfortunately continues to make terrible music to be sold in Hot Topics around the country.
"The greatest battle is not physical but psychological. The demons telling us to give up when we push ourselves to the limit can never be silenced for good. They must always be answered by the quiet, steady dignity that simply refuses to give in. Courage. We all suffer. Keep going." - Graeme Fife

Heavy music delivered! The thing I love about most metal is that a song can be both brutal and beautiful at the same time. Love it.

Awww... wish I could go. That looks awesome!

On another note...

I listened to a lot of Joe Walsh (and James Gang) in the 70s, and have been dragged to more Godsmack concerts than I can remember since (kids!). Although not exactly kicking and screaming... :-D

I'm really digging two new albums right now, to the point where I'm just rotating back and forth between them. 'Deceiver of the Gods' by Amon Amarth and 'Construct' by Dark Tranquillity. What beautiful music!!!

This song has been on my playlist for the past year. It played tonight and seemed perfect for a post.

For the rockers out there, anyone going to Locura Festival?

Locura Festival

Just bought my 2-day passes. Pretty stoked for A7X, Coheed, and All That Remains. The rest of the lineup is pretty good too.
