How about our local Colorado legend, Matt Moniz, who set the speed record for the 50 state highpoints while in 7th grade, and will probably permanently hold the record for youngest to legally summit Aconcagua.

Missing:

While not as famous as her contemporaries
Lynn Hill or Catherine Destivelle
Isabelle Patissier moved over rock with grace and ease.
And sure looked fine doing so.
