With all the recent Incline updates I though I would do something similar for my climb today of the Third Flatiron.
We climbed the East Face Left (3rd World Zone) and conditions were mostly dry. There were spots of verglas and snow/ice came periodically down the face. It appeared that most other east face routes were similar and mostly dry with patches of snow/ice. The east center of the First looked mostly good with snow in the upper arete but there were folks up there. The Second seemed in the best shape with both Freeway and Dodgeblock dry. The Fourth and Fifth both looked too snowy on the east face routes to climb dry. Both Green Mountain and Bear Peak looked to be holding some snow especially up high. The general trail system was dry until slightly higher then it was packed snow and ice. Descending from the Third, I fell several times because of the slick conditions.
Here are a few photos. More can be found on my site.
Start of the route. Trying to keep my shoes dry!
