North Star Mountain - Std. Ridge from Hoosier Pass

One very cold traverse of the ridge that comprises North Star Mountain. 7:45 am start and full day out, no avi issues but lots of snow devils, numb fingers, chilly toes . . . and a summit . . .

Nice Report!     2009-12-22 09:18:21
Yeah, H, we‘ve done that peak a couple of times in the winter and it is ALWAYS blowing. What a stellar day, though, with the clear blue skies. Way to get ‘er done. Thanks for posting! Happy trails!

Climb on,
