Excellent trip report. As I‘m coming out there in August and the DeCaLiBron is on my list to do, its great to see the trails in excellent condition and such a great detailed report. Thanks alot and Happy Hiking!

Thanks for the TR. I thought the only highlight of this trip was bagging 4 peaks in one easy/short outing. Looks like you found a true gem with Lake Emma. Nice camera work too.

Great report! I just got around to reading it. I plan on doing these 4 on 8/13. I‘m trying to make up for a slow year in 2008. I met you on loveland pass in August climbing Grizzly peak. It was my last hike/climb of the year as I injured my knee and didn‘t summit a 14er until inauguration day in Jan. of 2009, Quandry Peak. Once again thanks for the great report.
