Nice work Mav     2011-02-04 17:22:15
This weather has been ridiculous, the winter 14ers I remember involved 60mph winds and -15 degree temps, what gives? We were across the way on Saturday (Lindsey) enjoying the same stuff, good day to get out huh? Nice TR, congrads on your summit.

Congrats on Humbolt guys. My partner and I noticed that someone was resting in the car so hopefully Nellis is better now. We went and climbed Marble Mountain across the way. Sure was a fantastic day to do peaks in the area with incredible views to boot!!

Nice trip report, thanks for posting! I had a great time climbing with you guys, this winter has been way to warm and way to calm the last month or so, we need it to start dumping snow by the feet again

Congrats on the summit and a great day guys! I‘m still really pissed at my co-worker for sharing her flu with me on this of all weekends!
Doug, for some reason I was thinking that may have been you and Susan. I felt too bad to get out of the car and say anything; plus didn‘t figure I should continue in the germ sharing. Glad you guys got to enjoy the day also!

Have not talked to you in a while. We should climb something this winter. Nice report

We had no idea who you were, Jamie, but Doug said something like, "Wow – I would never leave a girl behind to do a peak," and I said, "Hey – I would never let a guy forfeit a peak for me!" We couldn't agree on the tent either – Doug thought it was part of Ares I jettisoned from space; I thought Christo was in town draping the Crestones. In any case – hope you're feeling better. It really was a spectacular day – we camped in the lot Saturday night and were very happy to have a warm (25 degrees), wind-free night and a dry ride out of there the next day!

Nice report guys – with weather like this, I'm going to feel a little bit guilty counting anything I've done in the past few weeks as a "winter ascent!"

It looks like my statement did anger Zeus after all. Matt, would you like to climb something this weekend? Glad you guys were able to capitalize on the good weather Doug, Susan.
