Although it was sadly a recovery, I applaud the efforts by SAR and by the army unit. CO Native, fantastic pics, especially the Chinook shots!

I can‘t take credit for all the chinook shots, I passed my camera off to a fellow rescuer while I was managing the rope. I was really impressed with the one he got looking into the cockpit. You can see the pilot looking right at him.
