Well, it all started back in early August when I started looking at doing the Bells Traverse. The weather prevented a reasonable attempt, so these mountains were still on my todo list. After Labor Day weekend I was watching the weather and saw that the weekend was going to be very nice and almost 0% chance of storms. So, I pulled out my route info and packed up my gear and headed to the Maroon Bells TH. The plan was to climb Pyramid on Friday, Maroon Peak on Saturday, and N Maroon on Sunday unless I could a climbing partner for the traverse. As fate would have it, I met a climber on Pyramid and we joined up to do the Bells traverse and then did Castle/Conundrum on Sunday. Five peaks on three perfect days!

I split the trip report up into 3 reports to cover the different climbs.
