Had a pretty straight forward morning. Arrived at trailhead at 8am. summited by 10:15. A good simple hike. The trails were a little confusing but will lead to the right saddle. I was also surprised at how airy the last bit of ridge climbing felt. A welcolme surprise. Warm up top. Then I ran down because someone told me I had left my headlights on. Its ok, the battery was DIE HARD. This was the last of the tenmile-mosquito range 14ers for me. Once I succesfully summit Long‘s, Ill have all the front range fourteeners bagged as well. On to greener pastures, the san juans next summer.
