 Northeast Slopes - 8/28/05

Met a few of my buddies at Clear Creek Res after I did N. Maroon on Saturday. Came over Independence pass from Aspen, which is a worth while drive for sure. Their first 14er. Was a very nice mountain for beginners I thought. Descent of Southwest ridge provided up close encounters with mountain goats and great views of the Apostles. A nice loop. When we got back to camp, we thought our tent was stolen. Well, it had actually blown into the lake
