Started my hike around 7:00 am . I didn't have snow shoes do I was expecting a long day made my own trail up and down. it was really cold in the morning but not to bad coming down. The hike took me 8 hours, all in all a great trip! Of course I will not recommend anyone to attempt this hike without snow shoes,u would have to know where to go to not fall through 3 to 4 feet of snow all the time.

Those black and yellow crampons were next to the summit register when I climbed Bierstadt on Friday.
