”Best in the state.”

Seems like I've been hearing those words out of Brian's mouth a whole lot lately.

Looks like a great day out there. You are right Ben, too much time away form the San Juans isn't good for the soul. Glad to see this was such a great day for you guys.

And those pics of Wetterhorn are pretty awesome indeed. As cool as that peak is from the typical vantage point, it's actually even better from the back side.

Alarming wake up call

The best car camping site came with no less than 3 ”alarming” wake up calls.

Major gapers everywhere in the West Fork Cimmaron, including us. Sweet climb and easily one of the best summits I've ever been on in Colorado.

This peak demands repeats because it has everything you're looking for in a climb/mountaineering experience. However, it would be tough to repeat the magic that was our group. A perfect weekend. Still laughing at it all. Thanks for the TR.

Maybe when you repeat Coxcomb, I'll come along.
My day was mellow, but satisfying enough, for sure.
I can never get enough of the West Cimarron drainage.
Even sans IPA, Amica's sure hit the spot. Glad to show you the place.

Dallas, Bear sightings, sweet campsites in the West Fork of the Cimarrson, secret passage ways discovered and Amica's.

Good times!
