From U.S. 285 south of Buena Vista, take Colorado 162 towards the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Continue about 10 miles and turn right onto Country Road 292. Drive less than 1/2 mile and turn right onto another road. The trailhead is a few hundred feet up the road.
