Status Update
I drove my 1976 VW Baja Bug up the Mount Princeton Road, and stopped at the switchback below the radio towers. The road has some bumps that require decent clearance, but my car has about 8-10 inches, and I only scraped the back bumper once or twice. Also, this road is pretty steep, so you\‘ll need some power. No snow all the way up, but at about 10,500 on either side of the switchback below the towers, there is a large pothole, but can be avoided pretty easily.

I could have driven up to the top, but I was being a little over cautious and didn't attempt to drive past that pothole mentioned above

So I take it the road is open/free of snow all the way up to when the trail turns off the road? What about going past the trail and continuing up the road?

The entire road is free of snow, and from what I hiked, the trail is snow free too, at least up to the saddle but looked good to the summit.

Appreciate the info. Gonna try to get my CR-V up it tomorrow - looks promising.
