Missouri Gulch is accessible to 4WD vehicles. I made it today with my stock Jeep. About half of Rd. 390 (4 miles) is clear and the second half is snow covered. 2WD vehicles could probably make it to 1-2 miles below Missouri Gulch trailhead, and there is parking along the side of the road.
